VAMPYRE ACCUSED OF THREATENING MARION COUNTY JUDGE
GETS TWO COURT VICTORIES ON THE SAME DAY

Impaler Films, Inc. has just received a Court Order from US District Court Judge Larry J. McKinney dated 25 Oct 10 (See attachments #1 and 2) DENYING Marion County (IN) Judge David Certo's Motion To Dismiss Jonathon The Impaler Sharkey's ongoing Federal Lawsuit against him.
In attachment #3, you will see Certo was served Jonathon's lawsuit on or about 22 Apr 10.
Though Certo is being sued in his private capacity, he is being represented at tax payers expense by the Marion County City Attorney's Office (see attachment #4).
Though the Indianapolis Media and Associated Press stated on 16 Dec 09 that Jonathon was sentences to 2 years in prison, Jonathon was released ordered release from Marion County Jail on 16 Dec 09. However, Special Judge Mark Smith had to hold a Special Hearing on 21 Dec 09 and issue a stern order to Marion County Sheriff Anderson to release Jonathon.
Earlier in the day before Federal Judge Hamilton issued his Order on 25 Oct 10, Jonathon has at hearing before Special Judge Mark Smith, and over the State (Marion County) objections, Judge Smith cleared Jonathon of the Felony charge of threatening Certo.
Jonathon is scheduled to star an upcoming movie to be filmed in Romania (and other countries) entitled - Granddaddy's Little Girl. Filming is to begin in early 2011. Jonathon was portray Romanian Prince Vlad The Impaler.

It will show 15 years of the corruption and illegal activities by elected officials, that the innocent people of Marion County have been subjected to.

BEWARE OF W. TRAY WHITE and his MOCKUMENTARY!
Greetings,
The movie documentary – Impaler is a mockumentary. The producers, especially Tray White lied and deceived not only me, but everyone in the movie. He signed contracts and promised money to not only me, but my former Pagan wife Julie Carpenter, as well as my ex-wife Lourdes Flash, and have not paid any of us.
The movie starts off making you think he filmed me on the day I announced my candidacy. This is a lie, for they didn’t show up in MN to film me until 15 Jan 06.
They also are deceiving everyone by making them think that I was interviewed by certain high media personal when I wasn’t.
After my wrongful arrested, the production team went to Tampa, Florida and according to my ex-wife Lourdes, told her and my children what to say. If this was a true documentary, White wouldn’t have told them what to say. He also filmed a wrestler talking about me, who I never met nor wrestled. Is that what Hollywood calls a truthful documentary?
White is a deceiver, and wanted to bash me, not show the real me. He makes people think that my half-sister Kathleen doesn’t exist. However, a reporter from Indianapolis tracked her down in NJ. White had no money, and she refused to be interviewed, unless she was paid. Tray also used his mother’s frequent traveler miles to fly to MN and other places.
What really amazes me is how Mark L. Rosen can allow White to screw people over, and not intervene. I guess since Rosen is making money from Impaler, he could care less that he is involved in a deceitful movie.
Film critics at Impaler’s premiere in Minneapolis in 2007 wrote they were surprised I didn’t IMPALE White at the movie premiere. The truth is, White is not wroth being IMPALED on one of my wooden stakes. His blood would contaminate the wood. Upon becoming President in 2013, I have a more vicious heinous form of torture for him and his associates.
For those who talk ill of Michael Moore, at least Michael is honest and pays his debts. If anyone in the movie industry who uses Tray White, Mark L. Rosen or Brian Dickson does so at the risk of being robbed and taken advantage of.
I am proud to say that Brian's soon to be ex-wife through him out and won't let him see his children. Just goes to show what a lowlife Brian is. I told Brian when I go to Hollywood after my surgeries, I would beat like like the BITCH he is.
